MannersMatterEgypt.com operates in Egypt through Lifeline Egypt, under the direction of Training Consultant Dina Abdelghaffar.
Dina Abdelghaffar holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees with honors from the American University in Cairo. She has extensive corporate experience, having worked for the world's leading multinational oil company in ExxonMobil Egypt. Business interactions and exposure, accompanied with lots of traveling to the USA, UK, France, and other places in Africa and the Middle East gained her wide experience regarding business etiquette.
Conveying not only technical expertise in her field, but also the right personal impression in demeanor, attitude, and self confidence merited her an assignment in the company's headquarters in Paris…a wow experience!
Building on this work-life experience, Dina extended it to others through providing training in soft skills to business employees of companies in diverse fields.
This included training in Assertive Communication, Team Building, Business Etiquette, Business Report Writing, Self Leadership, Customer Service, and Sales Excellence.
Moreover, within Lifeline Egypt, she prepared Health and Safety issues training programs, including human wellness programs such as Stress Management, Fatigue Management, and Memory Improvement.
Community service is part of Dina's vision. In this aspect, she is currently participating in a big community service project lead by Egypt's First Lady, for the development of schools in the suburban communities of Cairo.
